In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "lucky213", "we", "us", "our" refers to the lucky213 platform and its operating entity, accessible at lucky213.pro.
• "Platform" means the lucky213 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including the sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and instant games.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the lucky213 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the lucky213 Platform.
• "Funds" means PKR-denominated real-money balances held within a Player's lucky213 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or free spins credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet a bonus amount before that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to lucky213's identity verification process, which may require submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

To register and maintain an active Account on lucky213, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the operation of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Lucky213 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21 and will take all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the lucky213 Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested by lucky213.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before registering.

lucky213 may at its sole discretion refuse a registration application or close an existing Account where it reasonably believes the eligibility criteria have not been met or have ceased to be met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky213 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• You agree to notify lucky213 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
• lucky213 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• lucky213 reserves the right to lock your Account if suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification of your identity.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or any other software to access or interact with the lucky213 Platform.

All financial transactions on lucky213 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky213 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Lucky213 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or different payment method.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 hours of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC Compliance: Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Lucky213 reserves the right to request copies of valid CNIC, bank statements, or proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.
• Transaction Limits: Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply to your Account and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.

Lucky213 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered Account holder, or anonymous payment methods. Any attempt to circumvent this policy may result in Account suspension.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activities conducted through the lucky213 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, UFC, and all other markets offered on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Lucky213 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where an obvious error has occurred in the odds or market description.
• Lucky213 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, data feed failure, or human error.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data availability. Lucky213 cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets and accepts no liability for the temporary unavailability of live betting features.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant market pages within the sportsbook.
• Lucky213 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects the bet forms part of a coordinated arbitrage or bonus abuse strategy.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the period specified in the relevant market rules, lucky213's standard settlement rules will apply. These are available in the full Rules section of the sportsbook.

All PSL markets, international cricket markets, and other featured sports are settled in accordance with official result providers. Lucky213 accepts no responsibility for results relayed via unofficial sources.

All casino games offered on the lucky213 Platform, including slots, live dealer games, keno, and instant games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following terms apply to all casino activity:

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and are independent of lucky213's operations. RTP information may be available within the game's information panel.
• Lucky213 accepts no liability for technical failures that occur during a game session. Where a game round is interrupted by a disconnection, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the game server.
• Jackpot amounts displayed on progressive jackpot games are indicative and may vary at the time of triggering. The final jackpot amount awarded will be that recorded by the game server at the precise moment of the win trigger.
• Live dealer game decisions made by the dealer are final once the round is closed. Lucky213 does not intervene in live dealer game outcomes.

Lucky213 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Lucky213 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Lucky213 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation may result in the cancellation of all bonus funds in your Account.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk wagering to satisfy rollover requirements, or exploiting pricing errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky213 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the lucky213 Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with lucky213.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players on the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events where you hold non-public information.

All content on the lucky213 Platform, including but not limited to the lucky213 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content, is the property of lucky213 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lucky213 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the lucky213 Platform without prior written permission from lucky213.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky213 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or any other cause beyond lucky213's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or civil unrest.
• Errors or omissions in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances arising from third-party data feed failures, where such errors are identified and corrected promptly by lucky213.

Lucky213's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Lucky213 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to all players on the Platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support this commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a 48-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and your session will end automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from lucky213. A permanently self-excluded player will not be permitted to re-register. Lucky213 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the Platform.

Lucky213 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. We actively cooperate with national and international responsible gaming organisations and encourage any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek help immediately.

Lucky213 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Evidence of multiple Account registration.
• Request by relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the player, lucky213 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a balance is deemed to be legitimately owed to the player and no breach has been confirmed, lucky213 will process the withdrawal of remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) within a reasonable timeframe.

Lucky213 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lucky213 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the lucky213 Platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which lucky213 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through lucky213's internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant licensing authority for determination.

Lucky213 operates under international gaming compliance standards. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. Lucky213 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
